Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Religious Tourism sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Hajj and Umrah programs.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, travel agents, and strategic partners.
  • Recruit, coach, train, and develop sales team members to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market analysis for management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Hajj & Umrah sales and the tourism industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, or Sales Manager role.
  • Proven experience in managing Hajj & Umrah sales teams is mandatory.

  • Ability to build sales forecasts and analyze performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with reservation and booking systems.
  • Experience with sales reporting and performance tracking tools.

Language Requirements

  • Arabic: Native or Fluent.
  • English: Very Good.

Job Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time.
  • Work Mode: On-site.
  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day (fixed or rotational shifts).
  • Days Off: One day per week.
