Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Hajj and Umrah programs to prospective customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about travel packages, accommodation, transportation, and included services.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Collect and review required customer documents for visa processing.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and booking systems.
  • Prepare and update sales reports and customer follow-up records.
  • Provide continuous support to customers before, during, and after their travel.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Religious Tourism Sales.
  • Proven experience selling Hajj and Umrah packages is mandatory.
  • Experience working in travel agencies, tourism companies, or Hajj & Umrah operators is preferred.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Good understanding of Hajj & Umrah procedures and visa requirements.
  • Ability to manage customer objections and convert leads into sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with reservation and booking systems.
  • Proficiency in email communication and WhatsApp Business.

Language Requirements

  • Arabic: Native or Fluent.
  • English: Good command.

Job Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time.
  • Work Location: On-site.
  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day (fixed or rotational shifts).
  • Days Off: One day per week.
