Keysight’s Network Test organization is seeking a highly driven Technical Business Developer to lead strategic growth in China.

This role will drive Keysight’s growth in China across AI infrastructure, data center networking, and next-generation network validation.

This role combines strategic account development, ecosystem engagement, and technical solution positioning to expand Keysight’s footprint with hyperscalers, AI startups, telecom providers, and network equipment manufacturers.

You will serve as a critical bridge between customers, sales, and product teams, driving revenue growth through targeted account engagement, market development, and strategic partnerships across China.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Account Growth & Market Development
  • Own growth strategy for key accounts across China (NEMs, hyperscalers, telcos)
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across networking, AI infrastructure, and cyber security domains
  • Identify and expand opportunities in:
  • AI infrastructure (training & inference clusters)
  • Data center networking
  • Network security and validation
  • Establish early engagement with emerging AI and silicon ecosystem players
  • Expand presence within both existing strategic customers and new target accounts
  • Develop New Business Opportunities (New Logos)
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities with emerging AI, cloud, and hyperscale players
  • Build pipeline in fast-growing segments such as:
  • AI infrastructure (training and inference clusters)
  • Neo Cloud and data center ecosystems
  • Service providers and enterprise networking
  • Drive early engagement with new customers and position Keysight solutions effectively
  • Lead Customer Engagement & Deal Development
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, aligning Keysight solutions to business needs
  • Engage at technical and business levels, working closely with Keysight Sales teams, Solution architects and Product management
  • Drive complex deal cycles from opportunity creation through closure
  • Align with Global and Regional Strategy
  • Partner with global BD leaders and regional management to align on:
  • Target accounts and segments
  • Growth initiatives (AI, cloud, security)
  • Coordinate with APAC teams to ensure consistent execution across regions
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Work closely with

  • Sales to drive account penetration and pipeline
  • Product Management to provide market feedback and influence roadmap
  • Marketing to support campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives

Provide Market Intelligence

  • Deliver insights on:
  • Competitive landscape in China
  • Customer requirements and buying behavior
  • Emerging trends in AI, cloud, and networking
  • Inform strategy and positioning for Keysight Network Test portfolio

Qualifications

Most Important: Ability to Drive Growth in Strategic Accounts

  • Proven experience in business development, strategic sales, or account growth
  • Strong track record of creating and closing new opportunities in complex technical markets
  • Deep understanding of how to navigate large accounts and ecosystem players in China
  • Fluency in English required for collaboration with global teams

Core Skills

  • Strong knowledge of networking, cloud, security, or AI infrastructure
  • Ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Experience driving multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability

Regional Expertise

  • Strong familiarity with the China market , including:
  • Local ecosystem and key networking and AI players
  • Business practices and customer expectations
  • Ability to operate effectively across China and broader APAC organizations

Nice to Have

  • Experience with hyperscalers, carriers, and AI infrastructure companies
  • Background in network testing, AI validation, or performance engineering
  • Established relationships within China’s networking, telecom, or data center ecosystem

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • 7–10+ years of experience in business development, strategic accounts, or technical sales roles
