▪ Define product strategy and platform roadmap.
▪ Manage product portfolio and lifecycle.
▪ Translate customer needs into product requirements.
▪ Define system requirements together with engineering.
Commercial Management
▪ Develop business cases including profitability, ROI and investment analysis.
▪ Estimate R&D efforts and resource requirements.
▪ Define target cost and competitive market pricing.
▪ Support commercial offer preparation.
Customer Acquisition
▪ Support sales during acquisition activities and customer projects.
▪ Prepare technical-commercial presentations and management materials
▪ Develop go-to-market strategy and product launch materials.
▪ Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing and Service.

▪ 5–10 years of experience in the eDrive, electrification or automotive industry.
▪ Experience in Product Management, Product Planning, Business Development, Strategy, Sales Engineering or System Engineering.
▪ Experience working with global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
▪ Experience in customer acquisition (RFI/RFQ) and commercial discussions is highly preferred.
▪ Experience in defining product roadmaps, business cases or product portfolio strategies is a strong advantage.
▪ Looking for candidates who combine business acumen, product strategy, customer understanding and automotive technical knowledge,
with proven experience in translating market opportunities into competitive product portfolios and successful customer acquisition.
