CSA Lead (Architecture) - Data Center

• Lead all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities on-site.
• Manage and coordinate CSA contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.
• Review and provide technical guidance on drawings, specifications, RFIs, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, building codes, and project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning, project controls, and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to monitor workmanship and compliance.
• Identify project risks, resolve construction issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage site safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture across all construction activities.
• Track and report project progress, risks, quality issues, and resource requirements to project stakeholders.
• Support construction testing, inspections, punch-list management, and project closeout activities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management, with significant experience leading CSA works.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Earthworks and civil infrastructure
  • Reinforced concrete and structural steel construction
  • Architectural finishes and fit-out
  • Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
  • Construction safety and compliance requirements
• Proven experience managing multiple contractors and complex construction programs.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
