We’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Singapore Public Sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory strategy, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and winning new business with some of the most strategic organizations in the market. This is a high-impact role for a proven enterprise seller who knows how to navigate complex accounts, shape transformation opportunities, and lead cross-functional deal execution.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Singapore Public Sector, you will own a strategic territory and lead the full sales cycle across a portfolio of key public sector accounts. You will work closely with Solutions Architects, Product Specialists, Partners, Marketing, and executive leadership to create pipeline, progress complex opportunities, and deliver customer outcomes centered on modernization, resilience, and innovation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own and grow a defined Singapore Public Sector territory, creating and executing a territory plan to exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing strategic relationships
- Engage senior business and technology stakeholders to understand priorities, shape vision, and align with our client's solutions to mission-critical outcomes
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, close, and account expansion
- Build strong account plans, stakeholder maps, and opportunity strategies for high-value enterprise pursuits
- Partner closely with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Product Specialists, Marketing, and the partner ecosystem to advance deals and accelerate customer success
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, opportunity progression, and forecasting discipline in Salesforce
- Position our client's developer data platform, including Atlas, as a strategic enabler for modernization, application development, data-driven transformation, and AI initiatives
- Drive executive engagement and develop long-term relationships that create durable pipeline and expansion opportunities
- Represent our client's culture and values in every customer and internal interaction
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Significant enterprise software sales experience with a consistent track record of overachievement in complex, quota-carrying roles
- Experience selling into Singapore Public Sector or similarly regulated, strategic, and multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong ability to prospect, build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close large, complex deals
- Experience developing territory strategies and account plans that translate into measurable business outcomes
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate the business value of complex technology solutions clearly and credibly
- A disciplined approach to opportunity qualification, forecasting, and deal progression
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across direct and partner-led motions
- Familiarity with modern data infrastructure, cloud platforms, developer tooling, or open source technologies is strongly preferred
- Experience using Salesforce.com http://Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
