Job Description
As Manager Cleaning & Cleanliness Control at NTS Eindhoven, you are responsible for both the daily management and the further development of our Cleaning & Cleanliness organization. You lead the Team Lead Cleaning & Cleanliness Control, Process Engineers, and technical specialists, and together with them, you ensure a stable operation, optimal collaboration, and the further growth of the field within NTS.
You operate in a dynamic high-tech environment where customer priorities, projects, and production needs can quickly follow one another. Thanks to your strong organizational skills and systematic approach, you bring structure to this, set the right priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the big picture.
In addition to the daily operation, you set the course for the future: you develop the Cleaning & Cleanliness Roadmap and monitor its progress. You have a keen eye for new technologies and cleaning methods in the market, and know how to translate them into concrete improvement steps for NTS.
You are a connecting manager who easily switches between Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and the various Business Units within NTS, translating organizational goals into concrete improvement initiatives and investment proposals.
Furthermore, your responsibilities include
Leading the Team Lead Cleaning & Cleanliness Control, Process Engineers, and technical specialists, coaching, developing employees, and stimulating ownership;
Being responsible for the daily performance of the department in terms of quality, safety, delivery reliability, and continuous improvement;
Developing and realizing the Cleaning & Cleanliness Roadmap, responding to new technologies, cleaning methods, measurement methods, and customer developments;
Ensuring optimal resource planning, capacity distribution, and setting the right priorities within a dynamic operational environment;
Initiating and leading improvement projects and implementing innovative techniques and processes that contribute to the further professionalization of the department;
Collaborating with the Manager Supply Chain & Factory Support to develop departmental plans, investment proposals, and well-founded business cases;
Acting as a connecting link between Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, the Business Units, and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, and knowledge partners.
Requirements
We are looking for a people-oriented manager who easily switches between strategy and operations, and who is recognizable with the following background:
A completed HBO or university degree in a technical field;
Experience in leadership and developing people and teams within a technical or high-tech production environment;
Experience in project management and implementing improvement projects;
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement;
Strong analytical skills and ability to substantiate investment proposals and business cases;
Affinity with Cleaning, Cleanliness Control, cleanroom technology, or contamination control is a strong advantage;
Good command of the Dutch and English language.

With this challenge, we offer the following benefits
Salary from €5,200 to €6,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
Over 40 days off : 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days with a full-time position;
