Job Description
As a Process Engineer Cleaning & Cleanliness Control at NTS Eindhoven, you are the technical specialist in the field of cleaning technology, cleanliness, and cleanroom processes. Our customers are setting increasingly higher demands for cleanliness and contamination control, making our processes, measurement methods, and qualifications increasingly important.
You are often present on the shop floor and in the cleanroom, where you support operators, analyse processes, and make improvements. You are the expert in our cleaning methods, cleaning machines, measuring equipment, and qualification tools, ensuring that our cleaning processes demonstrably meet the requirements of our customers and are continuously improved.
Additionally, you work systematically on process improvements and document carefully: you secure knowledge in procedures and work instructions and support the introduction of new technologies and customer projects. You work closely with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and customers to successfully implement cleanliness requirements and actively contribute to audits, customer visits, and continuous improvement projects.
Furthermore, your tasks include
Developing, optimising, and securing cleaning and cleanliness processes;
Acting as a technical specialist for cleaning machines, measuring equipment, and qualification processes;
Actively supporting production and operators on the shop floor and in the cleanroom;
Analysing process deviations and implementing structural improvements according to Lean principles;
Creating, managing, and improving procedures, work instructions, and process documentation;
Performing process validations, qualifications, and tests;
Introducing new cleaning methods, techniques, and equipment.
Requirements
We are looking for a pragmatic Process Engineer who can combine technology with a strong presence on the shop floor and who recognises themselves in the following:
A completed HBO education, for example, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar;
Experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer in a high-tech production environment;
Affinity with cleaning, cleanliness, contamination control, or cleanroom technology;
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement;
Analytical and systematic, able to set priorities in a dynamic environment;
Visible on the shop floor, communicates easily with operators, and knows how to involve colleagues in improvements;
Good command of the Dutch and English language.

Salary from €4,000 to €4,800 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
Over 40 days off : 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days with a full-time position;
