JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Business Partner – APAC will serve as a hands-on HR partner supporting leadership teams across mainly India and Australia, responsible for end-to-end HR support while strengthening talent management practices.
Reporting directly to the Global Chief People Officer of DeepHealth, this role will operate as part of the global HR leadership structure, partnering closely with regional HR Operation manager and business leaders to ensure alignment of talent strategy, performance discipline, and governance standards across regions.
The role requires a pragmatic HR leader who can operate both strategically and operationally, with the ability to execute independently in a global matrix environment.
This position is primarily an HRBP role with additional responsibility for talent management, including performance discipline, manager capability, and development planning. The individual will strengthen talent attraction, mid-career development, high-potential identification, structured career pathing, and succession sequencing while ensuring disciplined implementation of enterprise HR frameworks.
The role requires a pragmatic HR leader who can operate hands-on, provide clear guidance to leaders, and execute talent and people initiatives in a global matrix environment.
