As a Kitchen Steward, your primary duty will be maintaining the cleanliness of dishes and equipment during the hotel's bustling Food & Beverage service. Whether you're on the early or late shift, you'll work closely with the Kitchen and F&B departments. • Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Polishing and organising cutlery.
• Thoroughly cleaning and properly storing dishes.
• Maintaining cleanliness and accessibility in the dishwashing area.
• Keeping your workspace tidy and well-organised.
• Caring for kitchen equipment.
• Upholding strict Food Safety standards. (HACCP)
