Potential to Earn $100,000-$120,000/Year
Pay
- PT: $80 per visit
- PTA: $55-$60 per visit
Location: Oahu, HI (reliable transportation required)
Schedule: Flexible / Per diem, set your own caseload

What You'll Do
- Deliver in-home physical therapy visits across Oahu
- Perform evaluations, reassessments, and fall-risk screenings
- Track progress carefully and keep the care team in the loop
What You Bring
- Active Hawaii license as PT or PTA
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health a plus)
- Sharp documentation habits and clear communication
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation
