Potential to Earn $110,000-$120,000/Year
Pay
- OT: $80 per visit
- COTA: $60 per visit
Location: Oahu, HI (reliable transportation required)
Schedule: Flexible / Per diem, build your own caseload

What You'll Do
- Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in their homes
- Conduct evaluations, reassessments, and fall-risk screenings
- Track patient progress and coordinate with the care team
What You Bring
- Licensed OT or COTA in Hawaii
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health a plus)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
