Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with enquiries and applications.
- Process applications, renewals, licence issuance, and printing using internal systems (training provided).
- Respond to enquiries via phone and email.
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in common Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willing to perform light physical duties, including handling documents and supporting operational requirements.
Duration/Working hours
1 year contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
