Location: Brussels, Belgium Work Model: Hybrid Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Owner with 10+ years of experience to lead Agile delivery across multiple teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of features across multiple Agile squads, ensuring alignment with quarterly objectives and strategic priorities.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Epic Syncs, Quarterly Planning, and Feature Board Reviews.
• Monitor and improve Agile KPIs such as delivery velocity, quality, predictability, and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, managing cross-squad dependencies and resolving delivery risks.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Drive governance activities, delivery reporting, and executive status updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and optimize Agile ways of working.
• Support and enhance delivery practices within a Hybrid Agile Operating Model (HAOM).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Agile Delivery, or Program Delivery.
• Strong Agile delivery leadership experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in cross-squad coordination and dependency management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with governance, delivery reporting, and KPI management.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience working within a Hybrid Agile Operating Model (HAOM) .
• Excellent English communication skills.
