Bartender (Casual contract - around 20 to 25 hours per week) job opening at TOZI Pizzeria & Cicchetti Bar

We are hiring our Bartender to join our team at TOZI Pizzeria & Cicchetti Bar which is the perfect spot for both casual dining & special occasions of art’otel Battersea Power Station Hotel with iconic views overlooking Battersea Power Station.

Your journey so far…

A natural entertainer and people’s person our Bartender will strive to deliver a memorable experience with each sip of their expertly crafted drinks. They will possess excellent knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails and a creative flair for creating new and exciting drinks to satisfy our guest's needs.

As our Bartender , you will receive

• Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £12.94 (minimum contracted rate) to around £17.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

As our Bartender, you will

• Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience
• Be a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your team
• Be fully flexible to work in the shifts on a Rota basis including weekends (Mainly Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
• Be experienced in Barista and Cocktails
• Experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience
