Technical Support Advisor (Dutch Speaking) – 100% Remote (Bulgaria)

We are looking for empathetic and tech-savvy Technical Support Advisors to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be helping diabetes patients navigate their life-changing medical devices with confidence.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be the first line of support for users and healthcare professionals. Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing high-quality voice-based technical support to customers in Dutch .
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries regarding the insulin pump system.
• Guiding users step-by-step through device setup, software features, and connectivity issues.
• Delivering empathetic, clear, and reassuring assistance to ensure patient safety and peace of mind.
• Documenting support interactions accurately in our system.

Who We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (written and spoken), plus a good working level of English .
• Communication: Exceptional listening and communication skills with a highly empathetic, patient-first mindset.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating software, apps, and hardware troubleshooting. (Previous experience in technical support or healthcare is a huge plus!)
• Eligibility: EU Citizenship is required.
• Location: Based in Bulgaria
