Role and Responsibilities of Pharmacy Inventory Technician

In this role, you will assist customers with prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and vision products while ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly. You will help create a positive customer experience through attentive service and accurate processing.

• Input and process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with prescription and over-the-counter medication questions.
• Support patients in the Vision Center by helping them select glasses and contacts.
• Provide friendly and informative customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Follow store and pharmacy procedures to maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Required Skills and Experience of Pharmacy Inventory Technician:

• Knowledge of pharmacy operations or experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Attention to detail for prescription accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction.
• Ability to assist with Vision Center services, including glasses and contacts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician or familiarity with pharmacy terminology.
• Retail or customer service experience.
