If you enjoy blending creativity with precision and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our personalised products are delivered flawlessly—from concept through to production and customer experience.
- Collaborate with commercial and production teams to understand priorities, deadlines, and new product requirements
- Create accurate, print-ready artwork using our personalisation software for suppliers and production teams
- Apply your knowledge of personalisation techniques to produce high-quality, effective designs
- Generate compelling customer previews that enhance the online journey and maximise conversion
- Work closely with e-commerce and development teams to ensure personalisation is displayed correctly across all platforms
- Ensure all artwork setup is precise, supporting smooth production and sales processes
- Contribute ideas and creative input to shape our personalised product range
This role goes beyond artwork—you’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, improve processes, and take ownership of key projects.
- Support product strategy alongside the wider team ensuring SKU targets are delivered across categories, events, and timelines
- Help drive performance by achieving weekly and monthly live SKU targets
- Maintain high quality standards within our personalisation system, identifying and resolving issues at their root cause
- Lead design and system setup projects, ensuring launches are delivered on time and in line with critical paths
- Monitor and manage requests for updates and amends, ensuring clear communication and timely completion
- Track product progress across the range tracker, keeping everything moving efficiently
- Take ownership of day-to-day product setup in our personalisation tool, proactively resolving blockers and keeping workflows on track
- Build and manage relationships with external platform partners, ensuring requests are delivered efficiently
- Create and maintain tracking tools (such as WIP sheets) to monitor progress and outstanding actions
- Support team development by promoting best practices and creating clear, easy-to-follow process guides
This is a chance to be part of a team where your work has a visible impact on both product success and customer experience. You’ll combine creativity, organisation, and problem-solving to help deliver personalised products that customers genuinely love.
