Job description

This role is to work within our personalised products team.

We have been personalising products for a long time, our Studio brand started offering personalised gifts in the 1970s. It’s in our DNA!

We are looking to build a team to focus on building our range of personalised products across the Frasers group brands to be market leading, fun, innovative and on trend.

We have big plans so now is the perfect time to join us as we start to go for it and build on our strong foundations and experience in this area.

  • Use data-led analysis and market research to select the right products at the right time.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, key events, and new launches to ensure all opportunities are commercial and maximised.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house production team to develop new product ideas aligned to production capabilities.
  • Follow the trade plan, product strategy, and budget to ensure accurate and timely product setup.
  • Manage the end-to-end product launch process, ensuring strong visual merchandising and close collaboration with the e-commerce team.
  • Analyse product and launch performance, implementing follow-up actions based on results.
  • Support and contribute to design team briefs.
  • Attend supplier meetings, inter-site sessions, and trade shows as required.
  • You’ll build strong, in-depth knowledge of our product ranges and categories and have a genuine passion for product.
  • Highly accurate with a strong eye for detail, well organised, and confident troubleshooting issues.
  • A clear and confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Naturally inquisitive, keen to understand challenges fully and see things through to completion.
  • A self-starter who strives for continual improvement.
  • Collaborative, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
  • Confident communicating at all levels and across multiple business functions.
  • Able to influence, follow up, and push projects forward when needed.
  • Highly organised, able to multitask, and confident voicing your ideas.
  • A quick learner who’s happy to get involved in a wide range of projects.

 

Work Location: Monday to Friday, In person, mostly at our Shirebrook site with some regular travel to meetings on our other sites, trade shows and supplier visits.

Pay – Competitive depending on experience.

Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter - this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate one or two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
