This role is to work within our personalised products team.

We have been personalising products for a long time, our Studio brand started offering personalised gifts in the 1970s. It’s in our DNA!

We are looking to build a team to focus on building our range of personalised products across the Frasers group brands to be market leading, fun, innovative and on trend.

We have big plans so now is the perfect time to join us as we start to go for it and build on our strong foundations and experience in this area.

Key Responsibilities

Product Trading & Commercial Ownership

  • Use data-led analysis and market insight to plan, select and launch the right products at the right time and the right price.
  • Own trading performance, analysing sales against budget and identifying actions to maximise results.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and annual reporting, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Manage pricing accuracy and ongoing competitor benchmarking.

Product Development & Launch

  • Lead the end-to-end product launch process, ensuring accuracy, strong visual merchandising, and on-time delivery.
  • Work closely with the in-house production team, commercial team and external supply base to develop new product concepts aligned to capability and commercial opportunity.
  • Own and deliver clear, commercially focused design briefs, working closely with the design team to ensure the product offer remains fresh, on-trend, seasonal, and aligned with the wider product and trading strategy.
  • Build and manage range plans to maintain visibility across categories and seasons.

Strategy, Planning & Stakeholder Management

  • Play a key role in shaping the trade and marketing plan, product strategy, and budgets, working with key stakeholders to deliver targets.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, e-commerce, production, and IT teams to support launches and the wider trading calendar.
  • Act as an industry expert, staying ahead of trends, competitors, and innovation opportunities.
  • Brief requests for improvements, new launches, and enhanced capabilities into cross-functional teams, actively chasing progress, managing feedback loops, and ensuring outcomes are delivered or amended in line with commercial and product objectives.

Team Leadership & Process Excellence

  • Support and develop direct reports, coaching them on data analysis, problem solving and commercial decision-making.
  • Manage the critical path, ensuring deadlines are met and risks are identified early.
  • Ensure product setup accuracy, investigate issues thoroughly, resolve root causes, and prevent repeat errors.
  • Drive best practice, briefing colleagues clearly and arranging training where required.
  • Proactively manage workloads, unblock issues, and keep delivery on track across teams.
  • Experienced in product trading, buying, or e-commerce  with a proven ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic oversight.
  • Highly accurate with a strong eye for detail, well organised, and confident resolving complex issues.
  • Skilled in using and interpreting data to inform trading and product decisions.
  • Confident, clear communicator with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Naturally curious, commercially minded, and committed to seeing work through from concept to delivery.
  • A self-starter who identifies opportunities for improvement and drives processes forward.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and priorities, while supporting and developing a small team.
  • Able to collaborate effectively across functions, while also taking independent ownership of key projects.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and willing to contribute across a range of projects to support business growth.

 

Work Location: Monday to Friday, In person, mostly at our Shirebrook site with regular travel to meetings on our other sites, trade shows and supplier visits.
