Data Scientist – AI/ML & Generative AI

Job Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking Data Scientist with deep expertise in machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI to lead the development of advanced data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will build and deploy scalable AI models, analyze complex datasets, and contribute to innovation across enterprise applications.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Design, build, and deploy ML models, including NLP, predictive analytics, and deep learning use cases.
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and Generative AI models for tasks such as summarization, content generation, and intelligent automation.
• Work with large structured and unstructured datasets using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Spark.
• Implement models in production environments using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and visualization to support hypothesis development and business insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to integrate AI solutions into products and workflows.
• Experience with transformers, open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral), or frameworks like LangChain is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model versioning, monitoring, and deployment pipelines is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in data science, including real-world ML model deployment and optimization.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
