Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Polish-Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. We offer a fully paid relocation package to support your move and integration into this exciting opportunity. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking Fitbit users, helping them with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and guidance to enhance their overall experience with Fitbit products. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat Resolve technical issues and assist with product usage Document customer interactions accurately and timely Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-centric approach at all times
Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong communication and customer service skills Previous experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting is preferred Interest in fitness technology and health is a plus Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary Familiarity with customer support platforms is advantageous
