Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong customer service skills with a solution-oriented and proactive approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Previous customer support or consulting experience is preferred Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation costs covered
