Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated Slovenian-Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Solutions Consultant, you will engage with Slovenian-speaking clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive optimal support and solutions that drive success. Responsibilities Consult with Slovenian-speaking clients to identify business challenges and requirements Develop and present customized technology solutions to meet client needs Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery Provide training and ongoing client support for deployed solutions Document client interactions, solution specifications, and project progress Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Fluency in Slovenian and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong understanding of technology solutions and consulting principles Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is preferred Willingness and availability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
