Entry Level Production Assistant

Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment and develop their skills in the media and entertainment industry. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets.
• Support the production team during shoots by managing schedules and coordinating logistics.
• Communicate effectively with various departments to facilitate smooth daily operations.
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, organizing documents, and managing production paperwork.
• Assist with the transportation and inventory management of production materials and equipment.
• Perform on-set duties such as managing talent needs, distributing scripts, and maintaining order.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in media or communications is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction.
