Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate client records and update account information as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition.
- Monitor client accounts to identify potential problems or opportunities for improved service.
- Prepare and deliver client communications including reports, updates, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
