Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch their career in the marketing field. The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving customer engagement across multiple channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or related position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in dealing with difficult customers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with customer service software, databases, and tools.
