Job description

What you will do: 

  • Execute Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, including reviewing documentation for completeness, processing standard investor onboarding files, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the client intake process
  • Manage FATCA/CRS documentation requirements by validating FATCA classifications, verifying Global Intermediary Identification Numbers (GIINs) against IRS records, and processing periodic reviews to maintain regulatory compliance
  • Monitor compliance requirements and deadlines, perform basic risk assessments, and maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation to support organizational compliance objectives
  • Prepare regulatory reports, maintain tracking systems, and document compliance findings to ensure accurate record-keeping and audit readiness
  • Provide client support by handling routine inquiries, maintaining regulatory communication, and following established escalation procedures for complex compliance matters

Educational Background: Degree holder in law or any other equivalent qualification. Should be ACAMS orientated

Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
