Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional for the role of Data Entry Specialist. This position is ideal for individuals with strong data management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and prior experience supporting U.S.-based business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and maintaining data accuracy while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of data across systems and databases.
  • Perform thorough data validation, fact-checking, and quality assurance to ensure completeness and reliability.
  • Identify discrepancies, investigate inconsistencies, and take appropriate corrective action.
  • Handle data entry, updates, and record maintenance with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders via phone and email to gather, confirm, or clarify information as needed.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, findings, and updates.
  • Adhere to established quality standards, compliance requirements, and turnaround times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in back office operations, data entry, or similar role.
  • Prior experience working in a U.S. process is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls as part of the role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in data quality assurance, validation, or research-based processes.
  • Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and inconsistencies in data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Work Schedule

  • Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
