Job description

The Purchasing Specialist supports daily procurement operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase requisitions and orders. He/She coordinates supplier quotations for negotiations, manages purchasing of materials and services, and maintains supplier records and stock level data. He/She evaluates and negotiates with suppliers to secure optimal terms, oversees contract preparation and compliance, and maintains accurate purchasing documentation. Additionally, he/she monitors delivery schedules, prepares purchasing reports, ensures adherence to ISO and internal procedures, and contributes to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
