We have an exciting opportunity for two Revised Manuscript Coordinators to join the Dove team in New Zealand.

What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for two meticulous and highly organized professionals to join our team as Revised Manuscripts Coordinators. In this important role, you will contribute to ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of revised manuscripts while maintaining professional communication with authors and editors. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. Key responsibilities include:
- Quality Verification: Reviewing revised manuscripts to confirm they meet standardized criteria and guidelines.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with Editors and authors to facilitate the revision process and ensure timely communication of decisions.
- Author Communication: Ensuring authors are promptly notified of editorial decisions and assisting them in delivering revised manuscripts within the required timelines.
- Timely Reminders and Communication: Managing author reminders and maintaining consistent communication to ensure deadlines are met.
- Additional Support: Assisting with projects and other tasks as needed to support the team and organizational goals.

- This role is based in Auckland, and you must have the right to work and live in New Zealand
We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face. That's why we work in-person with each other, or with customers and partners, three days a week or more. When you’re not spending time together in one of our offices or other workplaces – like at conference – you get the flexibility and support to work from home or remotely.
The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our Auckland office to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office location 3 days per week. Training will be carried out in the office and a hybrid working arrangement will be introduced once a sufficient level of independent working is achieved.
