Job description

Key Responsibilities:

 

Executive & Administrative Support:

  • Draft and prepare reports, presentations, emails, and briefing materials.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with project management, timelines, and tracking deliverables across departments.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive and strategic information.

 

Client Relations & Sales Support:

  • Act as a first point of contact for key clients, managing communication and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
  • Support the Managing Partner in developing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and relationship.
  • Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain client databases and contribute to pipeline tracking and reporting.

 

Personal Support:

  • Coordinate the Managing Partner’s personal schedule, including appointments and travel.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing... Master’s is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative role, with exposure to client management and sales support.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic is a mustFrench is a plus.
  • Experience working in consulting, or corporate environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and contribute to sales or business development efforts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
