Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Secretary to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Secretary role is to manage schedules, handle correspondence, organize files and facilitate communication within our team and with external parties. Your strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in office software will be crucial to your success in this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and meetings
  • Handle office correspondence including emails, letters, packages etc.
  • Organize and maintain files and records for efficient retrieval
  • Facilitate communication within the team and with external parties
  • Use office software and applications proficiently for various tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Be alert and attentive to detail to avoid errors and omissions
  • Balance multiple tasks to ensure all duties are completed timely and accurately
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative support or as a secretary
  • Strong skills in schedule management and correspondence handling
  • Proficient in file organization and managing databases
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to use office software proficiently
