Job PurposeThe primary role of a Secretary is to provide administrative support for our team. The Secretary handles administrative tasks (such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files), makes sure that the team communication is effective and there are no delays, and ensures that everything in the office operates smoothly.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Manage schedules to ensure they are up to date and remind team members of upcoming deadlines.
- Handle correspondence, route calls, manage post, and liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Organize, manage, and update office files.
- Facilitate internal and external communication within the team.
- Adhere to confidentiality protocols and safeguard sensitive information.
- Proven experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
