Principal Operations Anaylst-Business Process Cycle Times

This position will be working alongside the manager on 10 different business process improvement projects. Aerospace experience is a plus, as the manager is looking for a candidate who can understand their customers (airlines). This role will be focusing on business process cycle time reductions.

• Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational difficulties and makes recommendations to solve problems.
• Develops and follows established modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities and to determine problem areas and develop solutions.
• Lean business process experience driving down cycle times in a business environment versus manufacturing.
• Strong project management skills are needed to be successful.
• The role will be managing 10 different business process projects to improve resolving fielded product issues.

Requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
