Job description
You will coordinate installation sequencing across contracts from manufacturing through to commissioning phases.
You ensure integration of engineering, construction, and commissioning activities to support project milestones.
You work closely with planning teams to optimise delivery sequences and minimise project risks.
π§ Coordinate installation sequencing across multi-contract project delivery scopes
π Resolve complex interfaces between commissioning, construction, and erection teams
π Align planning schedules with commissioning milestones and delivery requirements
β οΈ Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies for site activities
π Ensure dependencies and constraints are managed for smooth project execution
π€ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive best-for-project decisions
π Support integration of planning data using digital tools and analytics
π§© Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, and construction teams
π Analyse project data to inform decision-making and optimise performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
π Degree in engineering or construction-related discipline or equivalent experience
π οΈ Extensive experience delivering large, complex infrastructure projects
βοΈ Understanding of nuclear safety culture and regulated environments
π Strong knowledge of planning, sequencing, and integration methodologies
π Familiarity with NEC and FIDIC contract frameworks
π§ Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
π’ Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
π€ Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams
π» Experience with tools like Navisworks, Synchro, or Primavera P6
π Understanding of risk management and project change control processes
