Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Create content to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks , whitepapers, infographics , guides, newsletters, etc.)
  • Blog on an ongoing basis to attract site visitors through different distribution channels like search, social media, and email subscribers
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
  • Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day.
  • Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience creating content for the web and generating audience (subscribers) online
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume (understanding buyer's persona) and how to create it
  • Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
  • A dual-minded approach: You're highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions
  • Ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content
