Overview Strategic Initiatives Delivery Leader, US Financial We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Strategic Initiatives Delivery Leader. In this role, your primary objective will be to work alongside the US Managing Director, Financial and Retirement Service to prioritize growth initiatives by efficiently handling operational matters. You will serve as the crucial link between the Managing Director’s various constituents ensuring complex issues are delegated to you for resolution: GBS Executive Committee, functional leadership, & Branch leadership. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, executing strategic initiatives, and fostering maximum organizational efficiency. This role will ideally be based out of our global headquarters in Rolling Meadows, IL; remote candidates with the ability to travel, may also be considered. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: With a primary focus on identifying opportunity areas, developing and communicating management information, and launching performance-driving initiatives, incumbent(s) will play a critical role in developing ongoing deliverables for the Executive Committee and driving strategic initiatives. Assist the Managing Director in prioritizing growth objectives by assuming responsibility for non-growth matters that can impede progress Act as the conduit between GBS Executive Committee, functional leadership, & Branch leadership and the Managing Director, facilitating effective communication and delegation of intricate issues Analyze, design, and implement enhancements to organizational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, with a focus on driving growth Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to execute initiatives outlined in the Growth Plan and drive strategic growth initiatives Serve as the liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the Managing Director, providing updates, proposals, and strategic planning to support growth objectives Hold the Managing Director accountable for meeting timelines and achieving desired outcomes for growth initiatives Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, ensuring alignment with growth priorities Cultivate and nurture relationships with all employees to foster increased efficiency, responsiveness, and a growth-oriented culture Assist in formulating innovative operational strategies and contribute to special projects alongside the Managing Director and executives, with a focus on driving growth Act as the acquisition liaison, facilitating the onboarding process and aiding acquired agencies in assimilating company processes and procedures to support growth objectives Coordinate company initiatives and projects on behalf of the executive team, including team meetings, annual performance reviews, and employee engagement activities, with a focus on driving growth and employee development. Produce an ongoing set of management reports to communicate the progress of strategic initiatives and quantify the impact delivered Develop new forms and mechanisms to report management information Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations Analyze data to provide insight into performance and identify improvement opportunities Model complex problems and operational scenarios Quantifying the financial implications of proposed strategies and understand budget impact & Developing performance scorecards. Collaborates on cross-functional teams to develop new tools, implement process changes, and execute on projects. About You Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field 2 years of relevant work experience in a business strategy or consulting role. Proven experience in a similar role Strong Excel skills (performing data analysis, reporting, and synthesis. Strong PowerPoint skills (drafting and developing presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas, analyses, and recommendations). Demonstrated expertise in organizational and project management Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software In-depth knowledge of organizational development and process improvement methodologies Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
