Job description

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer product and service information efficiently and professionally. 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and a positive attitude.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a customer service agent or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in handling difficult situations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and CRM tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
