Your Role in the Story
As our Warehouse & Receiving Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all goods and supplies are received, recorded, and stored accurately across the cluster.
You will work closely with the purchasing, finance, and operational teams to maintain inventory integrity, support internal controls, and ensure compliance with LUURA policies and HACCP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the receiving area for incoming deliveries, ensuring readiness for inspection and processing.
- Receive, inspect, and verify all goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and credit notes.
- Ensure quantities, quality, and specifications of delivered items are accurate and compliant.
- Record all receipts accurately in the ERP system, including quantities, dates, and supplier documentation.
- Issue, track, and manage digital shipping or receiving notes through the ERP system.
- Monitor pending and partial deliveries and communicate status updates to Purchasing, Finance, and Operations.
- Transfer received items from the receiving area to warehouse or storage locations in line with internal procedures.
- Classify, label, and store goods correctly, following company inventory and HACCP standards.
- Support inventory counts, stock takes, and variance investigations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and support inventory control processes.
- Ensure compliance with LUURA policies, internal controls, and HACCP requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving and warehouse environment.
- Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Finance, and operational departments to resolve delivery or documentation issues.
- Support audits by providing receiving and inventory documentation as required.
- Perform additional related duties to support warehouse, purchasing, and operational needs.
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a warehouse or receiving employee is required (at least 2 years).
- Pre-opening experience will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel unit procedures and policies is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and basic proficiency in English.
