Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and become the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointment schedules, and performing various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the front office. 

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage and coordinate appointment schedules and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as MS Office and phone systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
