Position Summary:

Work closely with AH team on providing differentiated (yet remote) support to client projects (operating models, financial models, benchmarking, etc.)

Work closely with the AH team to develop brand-defining proposals and business development material
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Content development
- Apply structured problem-solving to translate complex and ambiguous information into clear, insightful outputs
- Develop client-ready materials that are logically sound, visually coherent, and consistent with S& quality standards
- Showcase energy and perseverance to relentlessly pursue creative solutions to complex issues and manage stress levels in case of tight deadlines
Work management and structuring
- Work autonomously with the guidance of the AH manager or Senior Associate on different sections of the documents
- Maintain a solid audit trail across the performed research
- Raise challenges on a timely basis, and contribute in their effective resolution

Take ownership of personal development, requesting timely feedback and acting upon them

Participate in discussions with the senior engagement team and incorporate their input throughout the proposal development process

Collaborate effectively with other AH team members and beach associates creating a positive team spirit
Efficiency and standardization enablement

Leverage and build AI tools and chatbots that will streamline AH work in areas with potential for standardization

Support the AH team in building the knowledge platform for proposals and projects, by uploading and organizing relevant documents as needed
Quality assurance
- Maintain a high quality and accuracy of all facets of the deliverables
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 1-3 years of consulting experience
- Strong research, analytics and reasoning skills
- Strong command of power point and excel
- Strong experience using and leveraging AI tools for research and content production
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, proven leadership and team experiences
- Effective use of computer tools, e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and databases
- Ability to work well under pressure
