Lead and oversee the delivery of Activation Hub work across client engagements and proposals, with a primary focus on project delivery (e.g., end to end operating models design, benchmarking, market assessment, etc.). Ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable delivery, while supporting selected business development efforts and contributing to the continuous evolution of the Activation Hub
Position summary:
Project Delivery Leadership
- Lead the delivery of Activation Hub support to client engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs across workstreams (this might require direct client interactions depending on projects)
- Act as a key interface with engagement teams, aligning on scope, priorities, and timelines
- Own the structuring and execution of complex workstreams, ensuring clarity of approach and robustness of outputs
- Oversee the development of high-impact proposals, ensuring strong story lining, differentiation, and alignment with client needs (selective)
- Work closely with the AH Director to shape and expand the Hub’s offerings and impact
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Associates and Senior Associates, building strong delivery and consulting capabilities
- Foster strong collaboration across Activation Hub teams and broader Strategy& practices
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Content Development
- Define and guide structured problem-solving approaches to address complex and ambiguous client questions
- Ensure all deliverables are client-ready, with clear insights, strong logic, and high-quality visual presentation aligned with Strategy& standards
- Review and refine key messages, storylines, and outputs to ensure clarity, impact, and consistency
Work Management and Structuring
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams (projects and proposals), ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Structure workplans, allocate resources effectively, and manage priorities across concurrent engagements
- Maintain robust audit trails and ensure disciplined, structured research approaches
- Proactively identify risks and challenges, and drive their resolution in coordination with senior stakeholders
- Act as a primary coordination point between Activation Hub teams and engagement leadership
Stakeholders Management
- Manage interactions and build productive relations with clients as needed on projects
- Establish solid reputation and a relation of trust with Strategy& leadership (Principals and Partners) in addition to AH leadership
Efficiency and Standardization Enablement
- Drive the identification and implementation of standardization opportunities across Activation Hub work
- Lead the development and adoption of AI tools, automation solutions, and reusable assets to enhance delivery efficiency
- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the Activation Hub knowledge platform and content repositories
- Promote reuse of best practices, templates, and materials across engagements
Quality Assurance
- Own and enforce quality assurance across all Activation Hub deliverables
- Review outputs across teams to ensure accuracy, depth of analysis, and consistency in messaging and visual standards
- Establish and uphold high-quality benchmarks for all deliverables
Team Leadership and Development
- Manage and develop Activation Hub team members, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentorship
- Build strong team capabilities in problem-solving, content development, and structured delivery
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment and positive team culture
- Support onboarding and continuous development of team members
Business Development and Strategic Initiatives (Supporting Role)
- Contribute to the development of selected high-priority proposals and strategic initiatives
- Support the development of strategic platforms and go-to-market materials where relevant
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across practices
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 7+ years of consulting experience (Manager / Senior Manager level with Top consulting firm)
- Strong experience in project delivery, including operating models, financial modeling, benchmarking, and strategic analysis
- Proven project and team management capabilities, with experience leading multiple workstreams
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience working with and guiding teams in AI tools and digital solutions for research, analysis, and content development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at senior levels
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities
- Intrapreneurial mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs consistently
