Job description
We are looking for a Dynatrace Engineer / Architect who thrives in highly complex technological environments and wants to co-create observability solutions for large organizations. You will join a project delivered for a client in Saudi Arabia operating, among others, in the financial and banking sectors.
In this position you will: Design and implement the Dynatrace (Managed) platform, including OneAgent and ActiveGate installation, Configure APM, RUM, synthetics, and log monitoring areas (Grail / DQL), create dashboards, alerts, and define SLOs, Automate processes using API and Monaco, and integrate Dynatrace with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and CI/CD solutions, Work closely with Dev, QA, Ops, and Security teams, and provide technical training and consulting, Prepare dashboards, SLO/SLI definitions, and alerting rules, Analyze root causes of incidents, performance and stability issues, and conduct proactive environment reviews.
We are looking for you, if you: We are looking for you if you: Have 3–5+ years of experience in APM / Observability / SRE / DevOps, including at least 2 years working with Dynatrace, Have hands-on experience with OneAgent and ActiveGate installation and configuration, as well as RUM, synthetics, dashboards, and SLOs, Are familiar with automation based on REST API and Monaco, Communicate fluently in Polish and English (min. B2), can work independently, and feel comfortable in large organizations. Additionally, we value: Dynatrace certifications (Associate / Professional) and knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Experience working with large-scale observability environments (over 1000 hosts), Scripting skills (Python / PowerShell / Bash).
