IT Administrator

We are looking for Specialists to join our internal Service Desk team who will not only provide professional technical support to users, but will also be eager to develop their competencies in areas such as IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and IT security .

In this position you will: administer Active Directory in a hybrid configuration (Azure), register and manage tickets in Jira Service Desk Management , provide remote support to users working on Windows 11, Linux, and macOS systems, maintain IT infrastructure, including supporting cloud environments (Azure virtualization) , support IT security processes , including participation in ISO audits and adherence to internal procedures, prepare computers for employees ( Windows / Linux ), collaborate with other IT teams to resolve more complex issues, prepare reports and technical documentation ( Confluence ).

We are looking for you, if you: have experience working with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments , have experience with Active Directory (hybrid), Microsoft Entra, and Intune , have practical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems , can administer users and roles in Azure / AWS using the principle of least privilege , are communicative and have a proactive approach , have English skills sufficient to read technical documentation comfortably . Additionally, we value: basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) , basic knowledge of PKI (SSL certificates) , experience working with Jira .
