Sales Manager - medical industry

Position: Sales Manager – Molecular and Cellular Biology Equipment and Solutions Location: Poland (mobile) We are part of an international group specializing in the distribution of advanced solutions for research and clinical laboratories. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Poland. Responsibilities: Implementation of individual sales targets and ongoing client support, Identifying new business opportunities and building customer relationships, Daily communication with suppliers and technical teams, Participating in regular product and technical training, Organizing workshops, seminars, and conferences for clients. Requirements: University degree in biology, biotechnology, medicine, veterinary science, or a related field, Proven sales experience in the biomedical sector, Fluent in English, Native Polish speaker, High time and personal flexibility, Independent, responsible, and sales-driven attitude, Willingness to travel frequently, Category B driving license.
