Job description

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Deliver warm, personalized, and professional service to children and parents at all times.
  • Create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment within the Kids Club.
  • Ensure all children feel engaged, safe, and valued during activities.
  • Maintain luxury hospitality standards and uphold the Raffles brand image.
  • Build positive relationships with families and encourage repeat participation in activities.

Activities & Entertainment

  • Organize and lead daily entertainment programs, games, arts & crafts, educational activities, storytelling sessions, sports, and themed events.
  • Conduct indoor and outdoor recreational activities suitable for different age groups.
  • Participate in resort events, celebrations, and seasonal programs.
  • Assist in preparing activity schedules and creative concepts for children’s entertainment.
  • Encourage creativity, teamwork, and learning through engaging experiences.

Safety & Childcare Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children under supervision.
  • Follow child protection, safeguarding, and emergency procedures at all times.
  • Maintain accurate registration and sign-in/sign-out procedures.
  • Immediately report accidents, incidents, or guest concerns to management.
  • Ensure all activities comply with resort health and safety policies.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the Kids Club facilities.
  • Ensure toys, equipment, and activity materials are properly maintained and sanitized.
  • Monitor inventory levels of activity supplies and report replenishment needs.
  • Support opening and closing procedures of the Kids Club.
  • Assist other recreation operations when required.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Recreation, Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
  • Promote teamwork and contribute positively to the resort culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in Kids Club, childcare, entertainment, hospitality, or recreational activities preferred.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Energetic, creative, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work with children of different age groups and cultural backgrounds.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
  • A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
