We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our front desk team and assist guests in booking their stays with ease and professionalism. The Role: As a Reservation Agent, you will handle incoming calls and online requests, provide information about room availability, rates, and resort amenities, and ensure accurate and efficient booking processes.
