Job description
Working as a Business Continuity Management Expert you will: Evaluate and align the existing Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) framework to ensure full compliance with ISO 22301:2019 and ISO 22313:2020 standards. Deliver operational and administrative support to the BCMS Task Force by organizing workshops, drafting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items. Systematically gather and analyze cross-departmental data to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement. Review, consolidate, and prepare essential documentation for formal approval, including Business Impact Analyses (BIA), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP). Establish clear governance structures by documenting roles, responsibilities, and workflows connecting crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity. Maintain comprehensive and fully traceable documentation repositories to guarantee audit readiness for internal and external assessments. Track project progress and regularly transfer knowledge and methodologies to the internal staff.

Qualifications Proven background in identity management , including a solid grasp of the identity lifecycle and access management execution. Hands-on experience in administering Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and operating Microsoft Entra ID (managing tenant settings, identity objects, and access configurations via Microsoft portals). At least 1 year of practical experience designing and implementing Identity Access Management (IAM) processes, including Unique ID setup in large organizations. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, ADLDS, ADFS, LDAP, IDaaS , and Azure MFA . Expertise in designing and maintaining secure access controls, specifically MFA and Conditional Access , aligned with enterprise security principles. Operational capability to configure and troubleshoot federation and SSO protocols (SAML v2, WS-Fed, WS-*, OAUTH). Solid understanding of ITIL processes (change, configuration, release, incident management) and experience working with enterprise ticketing systems. Discipline in maintaining technical documentation , operational runbooks (SOPs), and preparing audit evidence. Proactive mindset , strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced technological shifts. Relevant technology certifications (especially Microsoft, SailPoint , or ServiceNow ) are considered a strong asset.
