WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS We have a strong product, a solid position in Polish B2B and a community of ambassadors that grows every day. We're looking for someone who, together with the Head of Marketing and the founders, will shape the brand strategy — and then roll up their sleeves and bring it to life. It's a role where you co-create the direction and at the same time take responsibility for putting it into practice — you write, edit, publish. You believe in what you're working on, because you've helped shape it from day one. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING — IMAGINE THAT YOU… Co-create the brand strategy — the foundation (positioning, message house, tone of voice) and its execution across all touchpoints. And then you bring that strategy to life. Write content for the website, campaigns, educational content, sales materials and the newsletter. The input is yours — you're responsible for the quality of every sentence, not just for delegating briefs. Consistency at sentence level, not just at logo level. Own our presence on social media — you run the Livespace company profile, plan and create content, measure the impact. This is one of the key responsibilities in this role. Support the founders in their communication about the product, the methodology and the company. You help shape and develop the voice they already have. Make sure that performance campaigns, content and educational efforts speak the same language. You take care of the brand experience from the first click to the first conversation with a sales rep. Collaborate with the marketing team (performance, design, marketing automation, product marketing) and a network of trusted freelancers. We move fast and without rigid processes. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-haves: A strong copywriting experience, proven content-creating skills. Experience in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS, software, marketing tech or sales tech) — so it's easier for you to step into the world our customers move in. Experience in building a brand on social media — you know what a strong B2B company profile looks like and how to run it so that it builds the brand, not just reach. Maturity in working with founders and leaders. You can hold your own in a board meeting, have your own point of view and defend it on substance. Practical use of AI in your daily work with content. Important to us: Strategic mindset. You have ideas — and you can lay them out over 30, 90 and 365 days, not just for "the next campaign". Self-direction. You own your areas. You build your role with us. You make decisions whenever you can. When we hire you, we trust your judgement. Good organisation — because we move fast, monitoring and adjusting as we go. Bonus points: Experience in email marketing (newsletters, automated sequences).
